I’ve tried tons but this one is my all-around favorite. Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara
is where it’s at. At $13.50 a pop it’s a department store bargain. Although the formula isn’t technically waterproof it stays on through long walks on Manhattan’s steamy streets and tearjerker movie marathons. The application is never clumpy, even when touch-ups throughout the day are required. And if my lashes don’t actually plump up and get longer, this stuff makes it looks like they do. The search is over.
