Find: The Best Ribbon Belts Yet

Trend-crazy as I usually am, at the end of the day, I’m still a preppie at heart (what can I say, I’m from Connecticut!). Luckily, prepster fashion rears its head on the runway with astonishing regularity, and this season’s no exception. A particular fave? Ribbon belts. And I’ve stumbled upon the Rolls Royce of ribbon belts at Preppy Potato. They’re right on trend with a width of almost 2”, so unlike most ribbon belts they look amazing worn low on the hips. Die-hard preps will spill their Tom Collins when they take a peek at the Nantucket Collection (bold solids that are also available monogrammed), while those who are just in it for the season will love the wild boho patterns included in Paris Flea Market. While they’re a bit of an investment for a summer belt (most are $44, monogramming is extra), these are well-made and definitely built to last.
