Hot or Not? Black Batik Skirt

Last week I saw the Editor of Flare at one of the fashion events wearing a full, black, heavy embroidered skirt. Everyone was ooing and awing over it. I thought it was kind of cool and figured she picked it up in Paris or Milan. Well lo and behold the very same skirt drops into my mailbox from ishopblush.com – Joan Hayman Designs (which happens to be the name of the owner of ishopblush.com). I can’t decide if I could pull it off or if I’d look like I needed a crystal ball to complete the look.
