Figuring out what to do with my handbag when I go out to eat makes deciding between Chinese and Italian seem easy. The grungy floor is no place for my favorite Coach, but if I hang it from my knee, it always slips. And someone is sure to bump it off the back of my chair. But my discovery of the Dangle has put an end to my floor fears. Belinda Leung created her company, which sells the nifty handbag holder, after coveting her grandma’s vintage one from Hong Kong. It comes in three finishes, (brushed nickel, polished chrome and glitzy gold) and its own carrying satchel. The dainty looking hook is just 4 inches long and weighs less than three ounces, but holds 85 pounds! You decide if it’s forehead slapping “Why didn’t I think of that?” or innovation reserved for those ladies who lunch.

    Quite an invention. One of those things that never occurred to me- a solution to an every day nuisance. Would love to have one! Now if you find something to force me to keep my purse contents under 50 lbs- I’d buy that too! (Tried the smaller size that didn’t work either!)
