Why: Determined to find a new pair (or two) of jeans, I recently scoured the denim sections of nearly every major Manhattan department store. When I made my purchase I realized something: Sevens have become a classic. Like a fashion staple. After all that hunting, I ended up buying yet another pair of them—not the newer designs with fancy pockets, but just plain old Stretch Bootcut jeans

Not too tight, these fit well (they sit slightly higher on the waist, making them great for those curvier on the bottom), can go dressy or casual, and at this point, they’ll probably never go out of style.
