Granted, this isn’t a dress for everybody, which is what I like about it. You aren’t liable to run into another woman wearing the same cutaway, low back, halter dress. It has a head-turning tie at the neck that trails to the hips, too. And in platinum (or navy) satin with a sparkling beaded drop waist, it isn’t for every wedding either. It’s strictly for formal affairs or after-five nuptials.
