Awards Show Find: Pam Goes Glam

It’s hard to imagine The Office’s spunky receptionist Pam Beesley in anything other than a pinstriped button-down and her Dundies-winning white Keds. But for an occasion like the Emmys, Pam’s real-life alter ego Jenna Fischer hunted for the perfect dress with a stylist and a USA Today reporter tagging along. In the end Jenna went with “everything I said I didn’t want in terms of style and color.” Her champagne-colored strapless gown with a huge bow at the bust was demure, but definitely stood out in a sea of bright red and deep jewel tones. She accented the understated color with smoky eye makeup and a stunning million-dollar pink diamond ring from Martin Katz. Keds or no Keds, Jenna was just as deadpan as Pam on the red carpet when she said, “Yeah it’s an honor to be nominated, but… I really just want to win.”
