And customers are following along, snapping up the altruistic gear. Gap’s t-shirt emblazoned with “Inspi(red)” has sold out online and in many stores, and its Red women’s hooded cashmere sweater is selling swiftly. The urban mecca of affordable style also has a full line of accessories, including a The Sha(RED) candle. Emporio Armani launched a line of jeans, shoes and other Red fashion items Nov. 16, which had 6,000 pre-registered for its debut. Converse also has special edition Chuck Taylors and for the techie-girl, Apple has an iPod nano Red Special Editionand Motorola has a Red Razr.
