They come in 3 sizes so that they can cover the different types of shoes. From the look of things though they can't help you with your high heels but they've not been created for that kind of shoes anyways. Sole Clips seems to work on long jeans. Looks sloppy... clips onto the back of shoes/sneakers (would it work well for flats or heels attached to your shoe as you walk). Besides, it's not versatile enough. Doesn't look like they'll work well with trousers and slacks. As for demagnetizing the credit cards, I'm sure people are smart enough to keep that in mind.
