What: BABOR Selection Ultimate Care Cream
Why: At first, every time the German skincare line Babor was mentioned, we had an unsavory association with the French elephant known as Babar. As much as we loved Babar as a kid, there was something about it and skincare that just didn’t seem to mix.
However, we overcame that association to test out Babor’s Selection Ultimate Care Cream, a moisturizing cream made of champagne yeast that works to restore your skin and minimize lines. Although it has a slight cold-cream scent in the jar, it doesn’t linger on your face…even though the smoothing effects do.
For best results, apply morning and night. It’s light enough to go under foundation – yet won’t give you a shimmery shine either.
