Do Not Feed the (Shopping) Animals!

As if I needed another enabler to feed my addiction, here comes Polyvore.com. Okay, now when I first heard it, I was skeptical too – it’s does sound a bit sci-fi — but I promise if your obsession with shopping is anywhere near the level of mine, you’re going to love this.

So Polyvore is this new site that allows you to style entire outfits – and then buy them! I don’t mean to be brash, but it’s like crack. It’s so addictive. I spent the last 45 minutes creating ensembles (one of which you’ll see to left) and it took all my will-power not to go on a buying-spree.

I have no idea if the creator of this site is a man or woman, shopping-addict or not, but all I have to say is thank you. And how could you? I already see myself going to Polyvore when I’m bored or stressed or because I just got paid. This could be bad…but really good, too.

The selection is insane, which means your options for mixing and matching are virtually endless. It’s basically shopping heaven. Go on, I know you want to try it. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you.
