Why: I admit it — I shop at Payless and am proud of it. Instead of dishing out $300 for one pair of shoes, I can buy three for $50 and when the trend expires or my feet wear through them, I don’t have to regret spending my hard-earned money on fashion. Add to that pleasure this collection of spring perfection by luxury designer, Abaete, and things just couldn’t get any better.
On my lust list is this white and navy Laura Poretzky Sullivan Clutch and matching Mott Dress Flats
with a Romanesque ankle strap. For pairing with leggings and dresses are these trendy silver Soho Flats
that pose a striking resemblance to these Guess? Ivar Flats featured in the Spring Shoe Guide. And finally, there’s this Mercer Hobo
