This email dropped into our mailbox last week: “I just just got divorced, and I wanted some fun divorce announcements. Do you know where I can find something like that?”

Hey life isn’t all fun so we might as well laugh instead of cry whenever possible.

We were laughing when we read through the cards on otherannouncements.com. The company’s founder, Diane Farr made lemonade out of the lemon her fiance handed her when he called off their wedding. She came up with the idea of other announcements for life’s rough spots. Next thing she knew she was writing an article for Glamour and sitting on Oprah’s couch.
