March Makeover Madness: You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a (Brite) Smile

imageWhat: BriteSmile

Why: A dingy smile can leave a permanent stain on a first impression, regardless of how well the rest of you is put together — and you know what they say about first impressions. Instead of splurging on an expensive piece of jewelry or new pair of shoes this spring, treat yourself to an accessory that you’ll wear every day: a Brite Smile.

The BriteSmile method utilizes advanced technology that whitens teeth up to 14 shades in just an hour. The actual process is pretty simple. They set you up in a big comfy chair and you watch TV for an hour while the whitening gel is working its magic. Unfortunately for me, I went in at 10am, so my choices were Jerry Springer or The View. I chose Jerry, which was the most painful part of the whole process. My results were pretty significant and I definitely bared my teeth at anyone I thought would notice the difference — everyone did.

imageMuch as I love my new pearly whites, I love coffee and red wine just as much, so to keep up the whitening effects I took home the Gold Product Pack, complete with toothpaste, mouthwash and three BriteSmile To Go Whitening Pens. These products won’t offer the dramatic results of the one-hour treatment, but they can be used on their own to whiten teeth at home.

BriteSmile has tons of locations. Click here to find one closest to you.

Deal Alert: The one-hour whitening process normally costs $600, but they’re offering a Spring Special for $399.

Wow, the closest thing to Baltimore is McLean, Virginia? Guess I’ll have to check out those Aquafresh whitening trays instead…
