I'm not talking about fanatical, weekly pedicures and daily scrubbing & pumicing, just making sure they are presentable. A cute pair of feet with pretty toes showing off in sandals or flip-flops is quite appealing, but if the shoes have to be closed toe, then toe cleavage is 100% hot. However, I agree with a previous poster who said that it's hot if the shoe is more rounded at the tip instead of very pointy, like in the picture above.
