They sent the wrong item and will not exchange it. The customer service said "to their mind, the issue is resolved" so they will not deal with me.If you look at other websites about this, you will see many other complaints about them. Their customer service has ignored our email inquiries, and you can't even leave a msg. on either of their phone numbers. When I inquired w/UPS, I was told that LoveMyShoes had not even shipped the shoes. When you go on BizRate, you'll see lots of similar complaints about this site.
