Trend Alert: Walk Like an Egyptian

As a kid coming of age in the 80’s, I spent way too much time listening to The Bangles and trying to “Walk Like An Egyptian.” Well, I’m all grown up now, and my bangles focus has shifted slightly, but I still find myself fighting the urge to “Walk Like An Egyptian” whenever I have on an armful of one of this season’s hottest jewelry trends: bangles.

My taste in music has evolved, and apparently, so have bangle bracelets. This season bangles made a sophisticated foray into the fashion world, and appear to be multiplying on the arms of celebs.
