After being turned away by my local Marc Jacobs, I e-mailed practically everyone on the Web site for help.Heard the same story from "customer service"-I could give the bag up for repair for approx.4 weeks or carry it broken through the summer & then send it in for repair. Love that I was also responsible for paying for shipping!Are you seriously kidding me! With his prices,lemons are unacceptable!
