How utterly…weird. What will they think up next, powdered pigeon droppings to remove crows’ feet? Liquified woodpecker beaks to strengthen nails? Let me know if any of these are in the works because all of us at Bird-X (www.bird-x.com) would be interested.

Not to worry…the droppings are sterilized with UV light to kill bacteria, so it is very safe to use, and surprisingly effective.

As an employee of Bird-X, Inc (www.bird-x.com), this entry is definitely the most unusual article about bird droppings I’ve ever seen. Bird droppings have a very high amount of exfoliating uric acid in them (also why they ruin the finish on your car paint). Still, droppings in their natural form can spread many diseases (e.coli, salmonella, even fatal fungal infections) to humans so definitely don’t try to recreate this at home!
