I think it was on GMA or the Today show. The show featured about 6 women wearing skirts/dresses. A girl wearing "stir-up" leggings with a short grey skirt, another Bohemian type bluey green dress (hippy?) and a cool black girl wearing a more punk look with a black leather studded jacket and skirt.
