Some women can carry really high heels off. Kudos to them. I can't. I'll stick with my medium-highs (if I can ever walk again) ;) I'm shocked and appalled at the lengths some will go to wear those shoes! I don't think most women need to be six inches taller. My highest heels are about 3.5", and that's a bit high for me.
