Some trends–say, the bob–are easy to pull off. Others require attitude. And Project Runway's queen of attitude has been sporting clumps of feathers in her hair. Apparently, she's not the only one. These things have been showing up at stores low and luxe, from the Plumage Hair Clip ($24) at Urban Outfitters to a Jennifer Ouellette Coque Feather Headband ($85) at Barneys.

Think you can pull it off? Don't pony up big bucks for this one. Try one of Forever 21's tasteful cheapies like the Feathered Headband ($4.80) or a Feathered Satin version ($4.80) instead. This is one trend you can clock with an egg timer.
