Last spring’s shoe fetish of nude-colored heels has become a full-body trend as fall collections are showing up with clothing from dresses to tops in the delicate hue. It’s more pinky that ivory and more subtle than khaki… creating a seemingly perfect transition from summer to fall. Nude tones also pair well with the warm metallics that have been hanging around for the last few seasons, easily paired for an understated glamour.
Done right (or wrong?) a quick glance can leave you wondering if the girl on the subway forgot to get dressed. And definitely done wrong, nude hues can wash out even the most bronzed skin tones.

I’m not sure how I feel about this fall trend. I love nude heels and can claim a collection made up of no less than four pairs. However, as a natural dishwater blonde, I think this is one trend that I’ll be skipping.
