I have tried "everything". A friend recommended DeborahRenee Clinical Skincare Products. They have a wonderful acne line that doesn't have any oils, fragrance or dyes added. The Blemish Control Cream works immediately and is great for many other blemishes as well! Love it! I don't use anything else since trying it. It's only $18.
