She may be just 17, but two weeks ago, J. Aldridge announced her partnership with Urban Outfitters on a footwear line called J. Aldridge by Sea of Shoes.
The capsule collection— a “sort of Victoriana meets gladiator warrior” — is now available online for pre-order at urbanoutfitters.com.
While we’re not particularly fond of the shoes in general, and actually find the peep-toe of this otherwise attractive lace-up boot ($158) a little nonsensical (won’t your toes get cold, wet, squished?), we don’t mind the studded gladiator ($98) to jazz up a simple dress.

This is great– those boots are super trendy and I would love to have a pair stashed away in my closet! Although the open toe is a bit funky, I think if they paired with the right outfit, they could look great! Awesome that you can order them online too, waiting in lines is so overrated!
