Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment Saves My Dry, Heat-Fried Hair

Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment

What: Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment ($55, 5 oz./$21, 1.35 oz)

Why: I can't say too many good things about this product. Made with 100 percent palm nut oil, it's a completely natural (and delicious smelling) solution for color-treated, frizzy or heat-fried hair. I originally got a sample of it when I ordered some stocking stuffers for the holidays, and decided to try it while wrapping gifts. What's essentially a conditioning oil, it comes in a solid, but melts in your hands to become a liquid. Add it to dry hair, and leave on until you shower. Voila. I didn't even have to use a conditioner. The next day, my hair was silky. (In New York during winter!) What's better, it lasted throughout the week — and so did the compliments. It was the best Christmas present I got for myself. Bonus: you can rub this stuff on dry elbows or hands, too.

Hair loss may be due to lack of vitamins or due to hormonal imbalance. Therefore, consult a dermatologist immediately if you experience excessive hair fall. To learn more about how important vitamins are for our hair, read our page on Vitamins for Hair.
