Trend 1: Over the knee boots
This up-to-there footwear is definitely trendy, but this season we’re looking for pairs that are simple enough to have staying power that lasts into next season, too.
The Cynthia Vincent Reva ($270) and Nicole Right Now ($175) are both ideal for this purpose, in versatile neutrals with fold-down cuffs and reasonable heels.
Trend 2: Ankle boots

I love the flexibility of wearing a mid-height boot: it can be worn over skinny jeans for a hip sexy look, or under flare-leg jeans for a more sophisticated look. if you invest in a pair of good, leather, durable boots, you can wear them season in and season out!

Joelle Shoes/Boots are the very best combination of both “looks” and what I love most to wear during our beautiful brisk Fall Season here. I took a trip to NYC last year and bought this really amazing pair of L.A.M.B. shoes that were a special treat for myself, not something I an afford to do very often for myself. They resemble the Joelle shoes/boots but are last years version. I adore them and wear them every chance I can in the Fall.
