As a native Floridian who has recently moved to NYC I admit that I’m not used to layering and wearing tights! So I’ll need this collection to help me wear my entire Florida-style wardrobe in a place that has seasons! :)

The better question is ‘what won’t I be wearing with these tights, leggings and pantyhose this winter?’. I was recently diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease which is caused by the over production of cortisol, thus leading to an excess of a significant and uncontrollable weight gain in the belly. Therefore, Tunics, dresses and layered clothing paired with leggings and boots or heels are the name of the game in maintaining my fabulosity in my fall/winter wardrobe. Thank you in advance. These are miracle products that also perform miracles for a woman’s self-esteem with times get tough.
Tights are a great way to add something new to your wardrobe without breaking the bank, so I’ll definitely be adding fun hosiery styles in different colors and textures under my skirts and dresses to update my look. Leggings with tunic tops and flats are a great way to look cute and be comfortable too!

My favorite look is a pair of LAMB knee high boots that I have, a pair of nice opaque tights and one of my skirts and top it off with a cute sweater, turtleneck or blazer, depending on the weather and where I am heading out to. A better question would be when we don’t wear our tights in the fall. The only place I don’t wear mine are in the shower. I wear them with tunics, and skirts and full length dresses. I live in northern climes and they feel so nice and warm to put on on cold mornings before the house has warmed up. To be perfectly honest though the denum tights don’t appeal to me much, thinking about it, but if I tried them perhaps that would change.

I LOVE tights and am so excited that they are “in” this year. I love wearing them with bubble-hemmed above the knee dresses, skirts, long tunics and trapeze cut tops. I love wearing them with rounded toe flats for a dressed down casual look or a kitten heel for a more dressed up casual. I also love them with long cowl-necked or turtle-necked sweaters with cute pointed toe flats or booties in the winter. I have to be careful though because I do have a large tush-so wearing tops that don’t show my figure can make me look like I have gained 80 pounds or so…literally. So, sometimes, I will wear a shorter jacket that is form-fitting with the bigger tops
