SheFinds > Freebie Friday: Win An $800 Light Therapy Skin Care Kit From Baby Quasar

Freebie Friday: Win An $800 Light Therapy Skin Care Kit From Baby Quasar

image

What: The Quasar Power Pack (valued at $799), which includes two skin-improving light therapy devices, the wrinkle-reducing Baby Quasar and the bacteria-killing Baby Blue.

Between the two of them, these devices can be used to address basically the whole gamut of skin concerns, from acne to aging to reducing inflammation and oil.

Why:
The Quasar line is a safe and relatively affordable (especially if you win) way to make your skin look better. It can decrease all kinds of skin imperfections – blemishes, rosacea, fine lines, age spots, enlarged pores – and is side-effect free and completely painless.

Each treatment takes about 30 minutes – kind of like a skin treatment at the spa, without the commute time or the claustrophobic little room.

image image

How: Scan the site and see what the Baby Quasar can do, then leave a comment about what you’d want to use it for. Of course, we think you look great just the way you are…but a little skin refining never hurts.

After you enter, stop by MomFinds for a chance to win a Babybonkie Swaddle Blanket.

1. Post a comment about your how you’d want the Quasar Power Pack to improve your skin.

I have really bad acne and have tried so many different products – both prescription and non-prescription. I have a Zeno but it only works for some of them. (Some of my pimples are rock hard and tumor-like and they HURT painfully until popped.) Though I often say “I just don’t care anymore” I do. As a singer I need to have clearer skin. If this can do what prescriptions and mud packs can’t, then I want it.

I have bad flare ups of acne, but even when my skin is relatively clear my complexion still looks terrible because of my huge pores. I would use this for acne, and to minimize my pores.

Just last week I began investigating treatments and methods by which to reduce the enlarged freckles and age spots on my face – I guess the fact that I’m turning 44 in a few weeks has made me hypercritical of my uneven skin tone! Fingers crossed… this looks like a wonderful product.

  140. Jenny says:

During my 2 pregnancies in the last 3 years, I broke out like a teenager. Ever since then, it’s been impossible to keep the monthly acne flare-ups under control. My skin scars really easily, so I can pop the zits or use harsh acne products due to my aging, sensitive skin. The best thing is to reduce or possibly eliminate break outs. These Quasar light therapy devices will be fantastic. I won’t have to worry about new acne and even improve my blemishes and acne scars.

  141. tzulunandi says:
    May 26, 2009 at 11:28 am

Wow!!! This Quasar Power Pack seems like just the thing for my acne-prone, aging skin. I need something that can do double duty to smooth out my fine lines and keep my complexion even and blemish free. And if this can really reduce or lessen the appearance of the large pores in my t-zone, I’ll be in skincare heaven. :)

Okay, I’ll admit it. I laid in the sun for LONG periods of time many years ago and now, as the site states, I have been so fortunate to have the FINE LINES & WRINKLES, BROWN SPOTS, THINNING SKIN & I yep, I appear older than my chronological age. Whew, with that said I’m going back to bed, how depressing. I do feel I would greatly benefit from the Baby Quasar.

I would love them both! I have very oily skin and nothing has helped to date, so I am hoping the blue one would help. Im also going to be 45 this year and even though I look decent for my age, tiny little lines are showing up and if I can head them off at the pass, Im ahead of the game, and I think the little red light would help. Also, having them even out my skin tone would be wonderful!!!

Who wouldn’t want it? We all have skin imperfections and as much as I would like to keep it for myself, I would love to gift it to my mom. As she approaches the big 60, she’s dealing with wrinkles, age spots, etc – you name it. She spent most of her life in the sun farming and providing for her family and never had the basic necessities as sun block, moisturizer, or acne cream for her skin. Therefore, winning the Quasar Power Pack for my mom would be awesome because she deserves it!

I’ve been researching light therapy for awhile now. I’m interested in this product because of my 43 year old skin has some spotting from the sun, a couple of capillaries that are broken. I would also like to use it on my hair to see if it makes it grow more, it seems to have the same technology for that. I’m looking to even out my skin tone and make it look firmer. I hope I win!!
