Get Ready and Get ’80s, Brazen Blue Mascara Is The New Black

It seems Estée Lauder has its money on blue mascara making a big comeback, so today The New York Times talks color for your lashes.  Estée’s new Sumptuous Color Bold Mascara line features not only sapphire, but also amber, garnet, amethyst, and emerald shades.

These gem tones are perfect for showing spirit on your lashes this Halloween, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day, but would you really wear them otherwise? Estée and countless other cosmetics companies seem to think so.
