Good Stuff From Mall Stores: Cheap Bracelets That Can Almost Pass For Expensive At Charlotte Russe
I went into Charlotte Russe last night – the teeny bopper store my 12-year-old cousin always has on her xmas list – and was greeted by loud music and a gaggle of even louder teenage girls in line to purchase dresses my mother would never have let me leave the house in. (Which doesn't mean I didnt' wear them, I just didn't leave the house wearing them.) I wanted to scope out CR's jewelry section, as it appears quite extensive and appealing on their website – almost rivaling that of Forever 21.
I found an entire wall of bangles, cuffs, earrings, and necklaces. Unfortunately, the quality matched the prices. Most pieces were under $10 and looked like leftover parts of Halloween costumes. However, I did manage to find some nice looking bracelets worth my hard-earned $4.
This thread bangle ($4) plays on the fabric-wrapped accessories trend that's been making the rounds as of late.
This studded bangle set ($5.50) is not of substantial weight, but won't look cheap when displayed on your arm.
For a not-so-typical beaded option, this thick black bracelet is worth the $4.
