The Drew Barrymore/Jessica Lange Grey Gardens flick premiered Saturday night on HBO with certainly no shortage of eccentric costumes for Drew's Little Edie Beale. The real-life cousin of Jackie O was known for wrapping scarves of all kinds – even sweaters – snugly around her head.
Supremely ideal for crappy hair days (which is not why Edie covered up – watch the movie to find out), this is one trend I hope catches on.
ABonita Scarves ($23-$28) are four-in-one creations that allow you to tie four ways around your head. They come with snaps to help fasten the scarf securely, and a mini instruction manual right on the tag.
With the frizzy hair weather on the horizon, I may just give up altogether and buy one for every day of the week.
