I Can’t Stop Wearing My Acne Skinny Jeans. Thank God They’re Made With That Elastan

What: Acne Jeans Hex, $135

Why: Skinny jeans are tough to get right. Either they’re too restrictive, with little give, or they’re too stretchy and give out after one wear. But for some reason, the folks at Acne have gotten it down to a science with just the right amount of elastan (aka Lycra) in their jeans, which are also the perfect cut and fit. My Hex Jeans have been on my person since the weather turned. I wear them with riding boots on the weekends, heels or booties for a night out, and even Converse for mini shopping excursions. They basically look good with everything. And they don’t need to be washed each time to get them back in shape.

    There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That’s a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don’t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game if you are commenting as an individual.
