I Can’t Stop Wearing My High Heeled Rain Boots

Why: It’s counterintuitive at first, but if you mull it over for a moment, this boot makes perfect sense. There are countless icky winter days that happen to fall during the workweek, and while wearing UGGs to the office and toting pumps is an option, wouldn’t it be nice not to have to change?

These patent boots have grippy rubber soles and fleece lining, and they’re totally waterproof, not to mention exceedingly comfortable for 3” heels. And they’re indisputably cute/fancy enough to wear at the office.

After falling on my face in a pair of slick-soled flat boots during the season’s first snow, these became my inclement-weather mainstays. I’ve remained vertical since the switch.
