What: Chanel Glossimer in Spark, $27
Why: Beauty products come and go, but once in a while a can’t-live-without-it item will inspire us to move mountains and forego Starbucks for weeks all in the name of scraping together enough cash to replenish it. For me, that product is Chanel Glossimer Lip Gloss in Spark. Spark is a sheer, subtly gold-flecked reddish berry that, while pricey, is worth every cent. For days when lipstick is a little too fussy but nude gloss is just boring and pedestrian, Spark is the perfect way to feel polished and put-together. Wear one swipe for work or errands, or really layer it on to up the glam factor. (I wore it this way to my holiday parties and I must say, it looks great in the pictures!)
