1. The Gap takes things to a rather niche level with t-shirts from French fashion blogger Garance Doré.  Garance keeps a blog somewhat similar to the Sartorialist‘s; we can probably assume the t-shirts will be wildly popular.  [refinery29]

2. We’re looking forward to New York Fashion Week, and so are the designers; they’ve each given the Cut a one-word description of their upcoming shows.  Thakoon, the designer given much screentime in The September Issue, used the word “waves.”  [The Cut]

3. Anya Hindmarch is creating a new line, Bespoke, which allows customers to customize many aspects of various bags, wallets, and notebooks.  We love the idea of getting something no one else has, but we’re also happy with merely staying on top of the latest bag trends.  [WWD]

4. Apparently the competition to dress the top tennis players in the U.S. Open is cutthroat.  Whether or not you think Nadal’s hot, get geared up for your own athletics with some very affordable workout clothing.  [Shopping Blog]
