Odd Celeb Trend Alert: The Olsens Give Themselves Bunny Ears

For your daily dose of crazy (albeit, crafty) celeb trends, check out the latest look to hit the red carpets, shown here on fashion-forward duo, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.  Your eyes do not deceive you, they are wearing animal ears. Designed by Maison Michel, oddly, this weird headgear looks kind of cute on the Full House gals; although paired with those dark sunglasses, Ashley (wearing the mousier version) looks sort of like she’s lost the other two blind mice.

Elaborate hair accessories have been big all year and as of late, the rabbit ear look has been seen on style shockers like Madonna, Lily Allen, and Lady Gaga. Does this mean it’s just a matter of time before we arrive at a cocktail party to find ourselves amid a sea of women in tall, pointy ears? Well, on the upside, at least we’ll be able to easily find our friends in the crowd. We can’t quite decide if it’s playful or Playboy, but one thing’s for sure, love it or hate it, you’ve got to respect these gutsy girls.
