Our Favorite Looks From People’s New Best Dressed List
People magazine’s Best Dressed of 2009 list was announced this morning, and we like their line-up of sophisticated ladies. Fashionable honors went to some of our favorite actresses like Kate Winslet and Reese Witherspoon, and of course, to semi-stars like Kim Kardashian and Nicole Richie. Since we’re all for doing more than just admiring these trendy celebs, we’ve got the down-low on where to snag our favorite items from the list.
We love Cameron’s distressed denim look with super-high heels. Get a similar pair from jean-authority Current/Elliot ($245) and sport them with some suede cut-out booties this fall.
She’s always gorgeous, but we especially like this very diva-glam sequined vest. We suggest wearing the zip up version ($90) just like Beyoncé, over a casual white tank or tee.
What would a best dressed list be without Michelle Obama? Don’t be afraid to wear a sheath in a bold color and pin a big brooch onto this dress ($290) from Nicole Milller.
