Today on Better.tv: This Season’s Best Boots, Period.

Of course, every wardrobe needs a solid pair of flat boots for day-to-day wear. Three of us on the SheFinds team now have La Canadiennes, and we’re all enamored (in fact, we all wore them yesterday). They’re comfortable and waterproof for up to 6 months – the style below is the Passion ($298), but we also adore the Mango and Pulley. We love the riding boot styling on these Frye Paige Buckle boots ($378), and the sturdy Frye construction means you’ll wear them forever. These Chinese Laundry Turbo boots have been selling like crazy and at $99, we understand why. Chic, versatile, and under $100 – the stuff must-have boots are made of.

Booties and shoebies are here to stay – but that doesn’t mean you have to invest big bucks to get the look. This Twist Bootine ($18) and Tate Oxford Bootie ($17) are both from Payless, and both almost shockingly affordable. (Plus I can personally attest that the former is incredibly comfy.)

Looking for a cozier option? We predicted a run on these short metallic UGG boots ($150), and they’re so hot that even we can’t find them in silver – but you can pre-order the gold ones in most sizes at Saks. For a little extra oomph in your errand running, try the FitFlop billow booties ($125) – they’re designed to tone your lower half as you walk.
