What To Wear With: Summer Booties

As booties styles become more diversified, so do the seasons in which the shoes work.  For summer, we love a pair of breathable cut-out booties.  However, these fashion-forward perforated peep-toes, while airy, can seem tough to fit into an outfit, which is why we recommend pairing them with classic items, to lend the overall look a little edge.

An interesting but neutral-colored top tucked into a floral skirt (one that’s short but not too short) will look neat and chic with bone-colored booties.  With a bit of ruffle detail on the blouse, skip a necklace, and wear small, chunky gold hoops that hug your earlobes.  A tan, fairly hardware-free bag and a bit of bangle on your wrist will pull the look together in the most sophisticated way.
