Who Knew Canada Was Home to the Best Moisturizer Ever?

Lucky for me, one of my closest friends is a make-up artist and even better, he’s straight… it’s like Straight Eye for Single Girl. He’s a frank source of beauty advice and a couple of weeks ago he shared his newest discovery with me: Riversol skin care products. They’re made by a British Columbia-based company and the products all contain powerful antioxidants that work even on the most sensitive skin.

My new addiction: Their T Plus Moisturizing Cream ($70). It’s a rich, fragrant-free cream that blends vitamins C & E with something called thujaplicin, which comes from the red cedar tree and is a natural antioxidant. But even better than all the technical jumbo is that while it’s a heavy moisturizer, my face stays dewy and fresh all day without getting greasy or causing foundation slide, even as the weather has warmed.
