Beauty Road Test: Sleep Masks – Do They Really Work?
What: Cris Notti Sleep Mask ($20)
Sleep masks aren’t just for the spa. If you’re like me and you travel a lot for work, this could be your saving grace. It’s not unusual that I’m out of town four nights a week and that means many nights spent on planes and hotel rooms. But not all hotel rooms are equal and the worst are those that don’t get quite dark enough. That’s why I was willing to give a sleep mask a try, despite the creepy feeling I expected when my eyelashes brushed the satin material. I was pleasantly surprised: It blocked outside light, was lightweight and comfortable to wear, and stayed put all night without giving me funky wrinkle marks on my face. This one has earned its place in my overnight bag.
