Ever since Christian Siriano’s spring 2010 collection hit Payless stores–with extravagant armadillo heels and all–we’ve been waiting for the next. When we saw Christian Siriano’s tweet this weekend, we caught up with Payless to find out the scoop. And it seems the shoes from the runway are going to be in stores, as they said, “Christian Siriano showcased his fall ’10 collection with Payless at the Bryant Park Tents,” and confirmed his fall 2010 line for Payless features “various croc and python patent, oversize ruffles, and gold filigree detailing on platform pumps and boots.” The shoes will go for under $50, according to their team.
Looks like all signs are pointing to another collection of Christian Siriano for Payless shoes that are straight from the runway. According to Payless, Christian was inspired by 18th and 19th century furniture, and the drama of Parisian women getting dressed. We can’t wait to get our hands on them come September.
