Confirmed: Madonna Will Design A Line For Macy’s With Lourdes

When we first heard rumors of a Madonna/Macy’s collaboration, we weren’t sure what to think. Today WWD reports it’s true. The Iconix line, aptly named “Material Girl,” due this fall, will be filled with clothing, handbags, shoes and jewelry targeting 13-25 year olds that will cost up to $40. Madonna’s daughter, 14-year old Lourdes, who has said in the past that her dream is to be a fashion director, serves as the muse, and is reportedly involved in the design process. Looks like she’s getting  a pretty good start.
