The latest iPod Nano ($149) has a digital pedometer built in, so you can track your steps while you walk. If you don’t want an iPod attached, you can carry the Omron Digital Pedometer ($22.99) in your handbag, and find out your steps taken, distance, and calories burned when you’re done with your day.

Two other, wearable pedometers – the Polar FA20 Activity Computer ($109.95) and BodyMedia’s GoWear ($179.99) both track steps, and calories burned, plus they offer online components where you can track your progress in more detail – the GoWear even monitors how well you sleep.

    By promoting dieting, your blog is like anyone else in the business; giving women and girls (like yourselves) a poor sense of body image. 

    If you’re telling readers to be healthy, then you should not praise dieting in such ways. Instead, eating healthy foods and exercising promotes good health.
