Meet The OverBra: Shapewear That Won’t Scare Your Guy

A lot of shapewear resembles sports wraps and granny panties–not something you want anyone to see. What do you do–change in the bathroom? Talk about spoiling a mood.

At first we were skeptical, but now that we’ve tried it we can tell you the Overbra works. Thanks to some serious nylon/spandex technology, each style below smoothes the tummy and hips while giving your bust a boost. There is even a breathable strip on the lower back for those of us who actually sweat. The best part is you won’t be embarrassed for your guy to see it, because it looks more like crazy lingerie than shapewear.

Our favorite style is the bust-shaping longline bra ($45), which is the perfect length to tuck into jeans, and leaves your old tank top in the dust.

Another brand-new style – body shaping slip ($50) – is great for gals with real curves to get some lift and support.

    These look good but do the hooks show in the front? That would be my only concern. I love my Slimpressions for this kind of effect. A couple of their body shapers scoop underneath the bra and give “the girls” a lift. Makes me look like I went up a cup size and dropped a few back fat and muffin top inches.     supposedly the overbra is amazing. my mom actually recently got one and raves about it. she is in her 50′s. she tells me that i would love it for nights out, formal events, or even wedding day to get a little extra cleavage plus, like elin said, it slims your back fat too.

    This stuff is great. I got a long line for Christmas from a friend-WOW what a difference it makes. I wear it with sweaters and the hooks do not show but boy do I have great cleavage and a much thinner looking middle. The special fabric inside helps keep me cool. Everyone should try one.

    I’ve always been skeptical myself because when I thinks of shapewear the first thing that comes to mind is grannie panties. The truth is I bought something at http://www.hourglassangel.com it’s called the Mia. And it does all of the above and more. It’s helped me lose about two inches of my waist so far. Not to mention the fact that I don’t need to be embarrased in front of my husband, he actually enjoys the view. :-)
