Fashion guru Cynthia Rowley has just announced that she’ll be teaming up with United Legwear Co. to design some high-end sexy shapewear called Slim by Cynthia Rowley. From this sketch, above, we can see the shapewear will actually be cute, and probably include some retro-looking high-waist panties.
