If there is anything that’s fun to shop for, it’s the perfect party dress. I can literally spend hours in a dress shop trying on all of the fun styles. But in the end, I have a pile of unworn cocktail dresses in my closet because I have nowhere to wear them. Casual dresses, on the other hand, get cycled so frequently that I practically wear through them. So this begs the question…
