Sex·ting [seks-ting] verb: the act of sending sexual text messages with the intention of later engaging in these acts.

Everyone does it. Whether we like to admit it or not, we’ve all dabbled in R (and sometimes X) rated text messaging, more commonly known as “sexting.” To some, the word “sext” itself is taboo, but the truth is even the prudest among us has sent or received a text that is sexual in tone, or at the least a little flirtatious (“What R U wearing?” counts, people) since the advent of the smart phone.

Some people genuinely choose not to sext and that’s fine, but if you are going to do it then you go, Glen Coco. Even if you can’t admit it to your closest girlfriends, we’re here to tell you that sexting is perfectly normal and probably healthy (just like real sex, there are some risks associated–but generally, it’s a pretty damn good time). I have to admit, when I’m in need of a 4pm pick me up, I often find sexting perks me up a lot quicker than a venti triple espresso cappuccino. Even a fancy lady like yourself can do it.
