How To Stop Blisters Before They Even Happen

I don’t know about you, but ever since I traded in my boots for flats and sandals, my feet have been feelin’ the pain…and it’s only been about three weeks. I’m pretty sure a new blister pops up every day. So I started doing some research on how to prevent these bad boys and I actually found that they’re not all bad. Blisters happen when your skin rubs against your shoe the wrong way, but they are also meant to protect the skin underneath from getting even more damaged. That’s why all that liquid oozes out when ya pop ’em!
